- Graduate of Accounting or similar background
- Experience in Real Estate and Taxation is a plus
- Encoding/Verifying/Filing incoming payments to bank and in System (Netsuite)
- Update/Broadcast Daily Transaction Report to Finance / Sales
- Encode Official Receipts for Buyers
- Verify/Encode submitted reports by Sales for commissions, petty cash and allowances
- Prepare checks for payables
- Create Purchase Orders / Requisitions for office supplies and other marketing needs
- Graduate of Accounting or related field
- Work Experience in Real Estate Billing and Collections
- Collect / Receive / Verify incoming payments to bank and posting amount to customer’s account
- Ensure Accurate Billing and Preparing statements of accounts to buyers
- Initiating proceedings or disconnection, Sending Notices to Buyers for payment delinquencies
- Responsible for notifying customers of their debts and conducting proper negotiations with them to come up with ways to resolve them through payment agreement
- Monitoring / Reporting Daily Transaction and Delinquencies to Finance and Sales
- Keeping accurate records of collection and status of accounts
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in business management or related studies
- At least 1 year working experience in real estate field
- Computer literate (at least MS office)
- Great communication / business coordination skills
- Knows how to do administrative work, but not limited to documentation, encoding, filing and maintaining all sales related documents
- At least high school graduate
- Have valid drivers license
- Knows how to drive/owns a motorcycle is a plus
- Knows how to Handle basic maintenance & repairs, cleaning and other janitorial work
- Trustworthy
- Manages time efficiently
- Basic math skills
